A. Salsa Fiesta 2024 will be held from 11 April – 14 April, 2024. Event venues are:

• Sat 13 April – Dance Workshops 9.00am – 3.00pm (Cascadia Hotel)
• Sat 13 April – International Dance Showcase 8:00pm – 10:00pm (NAPA)
• Sat 13 April – Congress Party 10:30pm – 2:00am (Cascadia Hotel)
• Sun 14 April – Dance Workshops 9:00am – 3:00pm (Cascadia Hotel)
• Sun 14 April – After Congress Lime 3:00pm – 7:00pm – (Cascadia Hotel)

A. There are no options to do only one day of workshops or individual workshops.

A. Thursday party is only open to pass holders ONLY, but tickets are available for both Friday and Saturday night parties..

A. Yes. In fact, we recommend that you do; This will allow you to enjoy the fullest experience of the event with the least hassle.

A. You must book through Salsa Fiesta TnT for the event venue but please bear in mind that rooms are in limited supply, and we may not be able to accommodate you..

A. All ages are welcome to participate. However you should be able to follow clear instructions and, as with any strenuous activity, ensure that your health allows it.

A. The All-access pass includes entry to the Thursday night welcome party, the congress parties on Friday night and Saturday night, The international Dance Showcase at NAPA on Saturday and all dance workshops (Saturday 13 April 2024 and Sunday 14 April 2024)..

A: Workshops start at 9am promptly. Please remember to arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the workshops begin so that you can get familiar with the venue layout and be able to get to your class on time..

A. No. Instructors ensure that participants rotate partners, so everyone will get to practice with a partner.

A. Videotaping of workshops is NOT allowed, most instructors will allow videotaping at the end of their workshop when they perform a final run-through of the skills and routine taught during the workshop. If not, you can always ask.

A. We recommend that you dress for comfort. Wear flat or low-heeled shoes for all day comfort but no rubber-soled shoes. Dance shoes will be available for sale on-site.

A. Workshops are color coded so that participants can easily identify the difficulty levels of each class; the classes are geared to all levels of dancers and each time slot will have at least one class that all dancers can participate in. Participants can choose any workshop they are interested in and the Salsa Fiesta team encourages participants to challenge themselves and try something new; however it’s up to you to choose workshops on the level you are currently at if you prefer to hone your skills further, or just simply choose the ones that are most fun for you!

A. If you find the class you are in is too challenging, you can change but remember you will already have missed the beginning of all of the other classes, so choose wisely. We recommend that you ask any of the Committee Members or someone more experienced if you are unsure.

A. Unfortunately the event venue does not have change room facilities or lockers. If you have purchased a weekend pass, we recommend that you book a room at the Hotel, thereby giving yourself the total comfort of being able to shower, rest, and safely store belongings for the entire weekend.

A. You can make any of the following arrangements for lunch: Dine in at the Hotel Restaurant, eat out at one of many alternative eateries located in the nearby vicinity of the hotel or walk with your own lunch, but please bear in mind that participants are not allowed to use the hotel’s dining facilities for food purchased outside. For those of you staying at the hotel you can, of course, consume your lunch in the privacy of your room.

A. The International Dance Showcase starts at 8:00pm sharp. The parties start immediately after the shows at about 10:30pm at the Cascadia Hotel. We suggest you park at Cascadia and use the FREE shuttle.

A. We strongly recommend that you arrive early (at least 30 min before show time) to obtain good seating as the event is free seating and additionally so that you won’t miss any of the performances – the shows will commence on time.

A. A. The policy at NAPA is that there is absolutely NO photography, videotaping or recording of any kind. Anyone found videotaping may be asked to leave the premises.

A. Elegantly casual or club attire is perfectly fine (usual rules of decency do apply).
